Patricia St. Cyr

She was born in East Boston on October 8, 1933, the daughter of Cornelius J. and Helena (Noel) Donovan. She earned her bachelor's degree from Emmanuel College in 1964 and her master's degree in biology from the University of New Hampshire in 1972.

Prior to raising her family, Patricia devoted 22 years of her life to the convent as a Holy Sister.

She was an avid Boston Red Sox fan and also loved watching television game shows.

She was predeceased by her husband Leo G. St. Cyr in 2008.

Family members include her son Derek St. Cyr of Manchester; her daughter-in-law Michelle (Lafore) St. Cyr of Manchester; two grandchildren, Hadley and Kiley St. Cyr; one brother, Cornelius J. Donovan of Portland, ME; nephews and nieces. She was also predeceased by her sister Mary Jane Donovan Georgenes.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Church on Wednesday, July 7, 2010. After cremation, urn burial will be in Forest Hill Cemetery, Derry.
