Patrick M. Leary, 55, of Bedford, died unexpectedly on August 20, 2025, at his residence.

Born on October 8, 1969, in Bethpage, NY, he was the son of Barbara (Sgambati) Leary and the late John J. “Jack” Leary. Patrick was a graduate of West High School, class of 1989; earned his bachelor’s degree in business and masters degree in international business from NH College. He was a self employed businessman, investor and fitness curator.

Patrick had a deep interest in world news and events and the stock market. Health and fitness were his passion. He was of very strong faith and a long time parishioner of St. Elizabeth Seton Church. Above all else, Patrick will be remembered as a loving and caring son, brother, uncle and friend.

Patrick was predeceased by his father, John J. “Jack” Leary in 2019.

Surviving family includes his mother, Barbara Leary of Bedford; three siblings, John J. Leary, Jr. and wife Brooke of Bedford, Matthew J. Leary and wife Robyn Wiggin of Bedford and Suzanne T. Johnson and husband Craig of Bedford; nieces and nephews, Joshua, Joseph, Samuel and Livia; and step nieces Madison, Angela, Kate and Johanna.

SERVICES: There are no calling hours. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:30am on Thursday, August 28th at St. Elizabeth Seton Church, 190 Meetinghouse Rd., Bedford, NH 03110. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to: NAMI (National Alliance on Mental Illness) 85 North State Street, Concord, NH 03301 or to Animal Rescue League of NH, 545 Rte. 101, Bedford, NH 03110.
