Patrick J. O’Donnell, 57, of Hampton, died unexpectedly on February 13, 2023.
He was born in Manchester on March 16, 1965 to Joseph and Rita (Bergeron) O’Donnell.
He earned a bachelor’s degree in business management at Plymouth State University and then a master’s degree in physical therapy at Notre Dame College.
Patrick became the founder/owner and director of Orthopedic & Sports Therapy Services and proudly served the New Hampshire Seacoast region for 17 years. He was passionate about his physical therapy career.
He coached and sponsored youth softball teams in Rochester and Somersworth. He loved everything sports related, but it was golf that became his favorite past time. Most anyone who knew him portrays him as a fun-loving, kind-hearted prankster, a “schnicklefritz”, as one of his patients so eloquently coined him. However, first and foremost, Patrick was a proud, hard-working, dedicated and loving family man.
He was predeceased by his parents and brothers, Dennis O’Donnell and Brian O’Donnell.
He is survived by two daughters, Madeleine O’Donnell of Philadelphia, PA and Sadie O’Donnell of Oxford, MA; his former wife and partner for 27 years, Traci O’Donnell of East Greenwich, RI; three siblings, Nancy A. O’Donnell of Hampton, Thomas O’Donnell and his wife, Suzanne, of Allenstown and Catherine McNeill and her husband, David, of Hooksett; aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
