Patrick J. Thompson, 54, of Marlboro, MA, died September 15, 2004, at a Marlboro health care facility after a lengthy illness.
He was born in Staten Island, NY, August 18, 1950, and was the son of Robert E. and Catherine (Boyle) Thompson. He served in the US Navy during the Vietnam War.
Mr. Thompson worked as a painter.
Family members include two sons, Patrick Thompson and James Thompson, both of Staten Island , NY; a daughter, Laurie Geedman of Staten Island, NY; five brothers, Stanley Heika of Etters, PA, Robert W. Thompson of Washington, NH, William Heika of Staten Island, NY, Charles Thompson of Royal Palm Beach, FL, and Walter Thompson of Liberty, NY; four sisters, Sally Sera of Poincienna, FL, Catherine Springstead, of Barnegat, NJ, Barbara Esposito of Staten Island, NY, and Mary Acampora of Monroe, NJ; many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday September 17, 2004 at St. Catherine Church, Webster St., Manchester.
After cremation, Encryptment was in Moravian Cemetery, Staten Island, NY.
