He was born in Manchester on December 16, 1923 and was the son of Leonard and Hermeneige (Daneau) Bouchard.
Mr. Bouchard served in the US Army, company B, 805 Aviation Battalion during WWII.
He worked as a steamfitter/welder for over 41 years retiring in 1988. For the last 15 years, he worked as a part-time cameraman for WMUR Studios.
Mr. Bouchard was a member of VFW Post 8214 since 1954 and a member of the Local 131, the plumbers and steamfitters union for 58 years.
He was a communicant of St. Catherine Church in Manchester.
In His Life: He was a devoted family man and grandfather of five. His family meant everything to him.
Family members include: his wife of 54 years, Gloria (Belisle) Bouchard of Manchester; a daughter, Valerie Hackman of Warwick, RI; a son, Steven Bouchard of Goffstown; 2 sisters Jeanette Lavoie of Durham, NH and Florence Bertrand of Bedford, NH; a brother, Florian Bouchard of Bedford, NH; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday March 19, 2005 in St. Catherine Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock Streets, Manchester. Committal prayers followed in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester. Burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
