Paul Raymond Pepin Gagnon passed away at the home he loved so much on January 28, 2025; 38 days after his beloved wife.
He was born in Montreal, Quebec Canada to Jeanette Pepin on June 16, 1942 and was adopted by Adeline and Archille Gagnon of Pinardville, NH at the age of 4. He graduated from St. Marie H.S. and NH Technical Institute. He met his wife Shirley Léger at a Christian Youth Organization. They married October 22, 1966. Their son Eric was born in 1968 and their daughter followed in 1969. They raised their family in Manchester, later building and living in their home on “Gagnon Mountain” in Goffstown. A dream come true for them. He loved his house on the hill so much and spent much time on the land. He was a lover of fixing things, practically everything! He loved solar energy and recycled back in the ‘70’s. He had a long and rewarding 40 year career as an electrician with PSNH. He was always a positive person and someone that could always be relied on. In retirement, he and his wife loved to travel in their motor home until she was not well enough to do so anymore. Married for 58 years, he was a loving and dutiful husband and cared meticulously for her until her passing December 19, 2024.
He leaves behind his son Eric Gagnon of Nashua, NH and daughter Lisa Buell of Maui, Hawaii .
