Paul E. Morrissette, 85, of Palm Bay FL died June 18, 2007 at Palm Bay Community Hospital after a long illness.

Born in Manchester on November 21, 1921, he was the son of George and Laura (Lemay) Morrissette. He lived in Manchester and Goffstown many years before moving to Palm Bay many years ago.

During World War II he served in the US Army in the European Theatre.

Mr. Morrissette worked for St. Johnsbury Trucking Company for many years. He later owned and operated Flowers by Paul in Manchester for many years.

He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood and a 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus.

The family includes his wife of 64 years, Rita (Morency) Morrissette of Palm Bay, FL; three sons, Paul Morrissette of Manchester, Conrad Morrissette of Palm Bay, FL and Gerard Morrissette of Manchester; six grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren; a sister, Viola St. Jean of Manchester; a brother, Richard Morrissette of Bedford and cousins, nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday June 23, 2007 at St. Anthony Church, 172 Belmont St., Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
