Paul Vincent St. Hilaire, 91, of Manchester, NH died February 11, 2021, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Epping, NH on August 13, 1929, he was the son of the late Arthur and Laura (Lamarine) St. Hilaire. He was a graduate of St. Edmond's High School and received his accounting degree from NH College. He served in the US Air Force for four years before retiring with an honorable discharge, at the rank of Major in 1955. He then continued his service to his country for another twenty-four (24) years working in the United States Civil Service until his retirement in 1979. Following his retirement from the Civil Service, Paul owned his own accounting firm.
Paul was an avid golfer. He enjoyed woodworking and spending time caring for his yard and garden. He especially loved music and played both the organ and accordion to the delight of many. Over the years, he was involved with the Catholic Church and led his prayer group's music ministry. He was a humble man, heartfelt and wise. His greatest enjoyment in life was spending time with his family and watching them grow. He loved to share stories of his travels in France with his beloved Olivette. Above all else, Paul will be remembered as a devoted and loving husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, brother, uncle and friend.
Paul was predeceased by his beloved wife, Olivette G. (Chaput) St. Hilaire in 1985.
