Pierrette J. Grenier, 83, of Manchester died April 22, 2026 after a period of declining health.
Born in Black Lake, Quebec, on May 22, 1942, she was the daughter of Aurel and Lucia (Daigle) Grenier.
Prior to retirement, she had been employed by the Elliot Hospital for many years.
She loved her family the most. Her children and grandchildren where the most important in her life. She loved playing cards and games with family. She had a loving bond with all of her 10 sisters and brothers. She was the second oldest of eleven and helped her mother and father raise the youngest siblings. She was always family first.
She was predeceased by two siblings, Andre and Gerald Grenier and brother and sister-in-law Clairmont and Solange Vaillancourt.
Family members include her children, Lynn Vaillancourt, Carl Vaillancourt and wife Jennifer, Kevin Vaillancourt ; four grandchildren, Dominique (Vaillancourt) Norton, Avery and Isaac Vaillancourt, Alexis Harris and one great-grandchild Julien Norton; her siblings, Gisele Grenier, Gislaine Blouin, Rejean Grenier, Pauline Grenier and husband Jacque Carrier, Iren Chamberlain and wife Ghislane Chamberlain, Joanne Brochu and husband Rene, Dorothe Mathieu and husband Pierre, Carmen Bergeron and husband Jean, brother in law Claude Vaillancourt and wife Lise and Jules Vaillancourt and wife Denise ; many nephews, nieces and cousins.
Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, will be Sunday, April 26th from 4 to 7 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am in St. Anthony Church.
