            Priscilla A. “Pris” Atkins, 80, of Hooksett, NH passed away on November 6, 2022 surrounded by her family.

            Born on April 10, 1942 in Manchester, she was the daughter of the late Frank E. Kies and Priscilla G. (Robinson) Kies.

            She had worked as a quality control inspector with Meggitt for over 25 years before retiring in 2004.

            She enjoyed traveling, visiting the casinos and spending time with her family. 

            In her earlier days she competed in archery tournaments in which she was a top shooter and won many first place trophies and prizes.

            Priscilla leaves behind a son, David Mitchell of Manchester; daughter, Susan Gregoire and husband Greg of Manchester; 3 step-daughters, Joan Morgan and husband Jim of Weare, Donna Barnett and husband William of Allenstown, Sharon Payson and husband Leighton II of Manchester; 14 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren; a sister, Barbara Gaumont and husband Robert; many nephews, nieces and cousins.

            She was predeceased by her husband and best friend of 43 years William Atkins on May 20th, 2022.

            A funeral service will be held in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, on Wednesday, November 9th at 11 am.  Burial will follow in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.

            In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in her memory to the Granite State VNA, Concord, NH 03301.
