Priscilla A. Loiselle, of Hooksett, passed away on August 11, 2016, at Catholic Medical Center at the age of 79.
She was born in Manchester on January 31, 1937, the daughter of Irene Breton Champagne and Alfred Champagne.
Priscilla was a loving wife for 60 years to George Loiselle. She spent her life as a homemaker, raising three children, and as a caring friend and "auntie" to many.
She believed in helping others, whether through organizations such as Catholic Daughters, the school system, and the Hooksett-ittes, or one-on-one through her relationships with friends and a large extended family.
Priscilla loved reading fiction, baking delicious goodies, and holding babies. She and her husband retired from Rochester, NY, to Hooksett, NH, in 2001.
Family members include her husband, George Loiselle; one son, Steven Loiselle of Rock Hill, SC; two daughters, Diane Loiselle of St. Petersburg, FL and Patricia Snipes of McConnells, SC; a grandson, Jonathan Loiselle of Dover; and two sisters, Pauline Hughes of Manchester and Irene Sponholtz of Leesburg, FL.
She was predeceased by three brothers, Roger Champagne of Manchester, Roland Champagne of Spring Hill, FL and Leo Champagne of Manchester.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, August 15, 2016 at Holy Rosary Church, 21 Main St., Hooksett.
