He was born in Nashua on July 10th, 1931, the son of John and Vera (Owens) Chesnulevich. He was educated in the Nashua school system and attended Keene State College.
Prior to retirement, he had been an electro-mechanical designer for many years. He was a life member of the Disabled American Veterans.
Ralph was in the US Navy Reserve and later joined the US Air Force. He served his basic training in San Antonio, TX, and later had schooling in radio and transmitter installation and repair at Augusta, GA. He served time in Furstenfeldbruk, Germany, as well as six months in Tripoli, Africa. While stationed in Europe, he visited Paris, Austria, Switzerland, and Italy.
Members of his family include his wife, Annette (Lambert) Chesnulevich of Goffstown; two daughters, Debra Archambault of Henniker and Cindy Demencuk of Manchester; one son-in-law, Ray Demencuk, Jr. of Manchester; three grandsons, Ryan Archambault of Mooresville, NC, Keith Archambault of Hollis, and Matthew Demencuk of Manchester; one brother, Harry Chesnulevich of Hudson; one step-brother, Raymond Morse of Hudson; one step-sister, Carol Leigh of Hudson; many nephews, nieces, cousins, and friends.
The Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday May 12, 2008 in St. Lawrence Church, Goffstown. Burial with military honors followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen, NH.
