Ralph Mark Seavey

Ralph Mark Seavey, 51, of Auburn died January 3, 2002 in his residence after a long illness.

Born in Manchester on January 29, 1950, he was the son of Ralph W. and Mary (Zapora) Seavey of Hooksett. He lived in Hooksett before moving to Auburn 30 years ago.

He served in the Army Reserves for six years with the 368th Engineers in Concord.

Mr. Seavey worked in the excavation business for many years and was the owner of RMS Excavating Company in Auburn. He enjoyed sprint car racing.

Besides his parents, the family includes his wife of 30 years, Karen (Cleary) Seavey of Auburn; a daughter, Darcy S. Beirne of Hooksett; two sons, Matthew Seavey and Jonathon D. Seavey both of Auburn; a grandson, Mark Beirne of Hooksett; two sisters, Susan Lewis of Chester and Bonnie Seekamp of Concord; a brother, Bruce Seavey of Hooksett; aunts, uncles, cousins, nephews and nieces.

A memorial reception was January 6, 2002 in Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., corner of North Street, Manchester. The funeral was January 7, 2002 in Longmeadow Congregational Church, corner of Chester and Wilson Crossing roads, Auburn. Burial of cremated remains will be in the spring at Auburn Village Cemetery, Auburn.
