Ramona D. Lemire

She was born in Manchester on October 20, 1928, the daughter of Edward J. and Jeannette (Ouellette) Renaud. She was educated in the Manchester Parochial school system.

Prior to retirement, she had been employed as a bookkeeper for her husband's company, A.E. Lemire Plumbing.

Ramona loved bowling and enjoyed watching television shows with her family. A devoted Christian, she spent much of her time reading the bible as well as mentoring many of her caregivers through the years.

Above all else, she loved being home surrounded by her family.

Her husband Armand E. Lemire died in 1996.

Members of her family include two daughters, Diane Baines and her husband Alfred of Goffstown, Jeanne Bickel of Hooksett; one son, Armand E. "Sparky" Lemire Jr. and his wife Jane of Gilmanton; nine grandchildren; fourteen great-grandchildren; many nephews, nieces, and cousins.

The funeral service was held Tuesday, June 9, 2009 in the Manchester Christian Church, 1308 Wellington Road, Manchester. After cremation, urn burial was in Mt. Calvary Cemetery.
