Raoul J. Richard

Raoul J. Richard, 61, of Manchester, died September 6, 2002, at Hillsborough County Nursing Home, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, December 13, 1940, he was the son of Raoul B. and Lucille (Bedard) Richard. He was raised in Suncook and had been a Manchester resident the past 28 years. He was a graduate of Bishop Bradley High School.

He worked for Hermsdorf Fixture Manufacturing Co. and later for Agway.

Mr. Richard was a member of the Knights of Columbus.

He was an avid woodworker and loved antiques.

Family members include his wife, Nancy K. (Hamilton) Richard of Manchester; 3 daughters, Rhonda A. Richard, Jennifer L. Chase, and Amanda B. Martel, all of Manchester; 2 sons, Jeffrey R. Richard of Manchester, and Jonathan H. Richard of Kansas City, MO; 6 grandchildren; his mother, of Manchester.

After cremation, a memorial mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday September 9, 2002 in Our Lady of Perpetual Help Church. Urn burial followed in Pine Grove Cemetery.
