Manchester---Raymond “Ray” A. Dubois 76, passed away on Tuesday, October 10, 2023 at Elliot Hospital, surrounded by his loving family.

Born in Hooksett on April 24, 1947, he was the son to the late Alfred J. and Juliette (LaPointe) Dubois. He was a graduate of West High School and went on to work for General Electric as a skilled machinist for 30 years before retiring.

Ray enjoyed spending time outside, especially working in his yard keeping his hands busy and a nice tan to match. He also had a knack for puzzles and cribbage. In his younger years he shared his passion of raising pigs with his family. He will be remembered most for colorful sense of humor and his ability to get anyone to laugh. Above all, spending time with his family was most important.

Ray was sadly predeceased by his son, David Dubois in 2016, and his sister, Margaret Morrissette.

Ray is lovingly remembered by his wife of 53 years, Jane (Grandmaison) Dubois; daughter, Debra Gibson and her husband, David of Mont Vernon; son, Dan Dubois and his wife, Heidi of Manchester; daughter-in-law, Karen Meehan of Manchester; seven grandchildren, Caitlin, Tim, Drew, Kaylee, Beck, Megan and Justin; five great-grandchildren; sisters, Jacqueline Philbrick and her husband, Gary of Lady Lake, FL and Denise Martineau and her husband, Paul of Hooksett and several nieces and nephews.

SERVICES: Calling hours will be held on Saturday (10/14) from 4:00pm-7:00pm with a funeral service to follow promptly at 7pm at Lambert Funeral Home, 1799 Elm St. Manchester, NH. Burial will be private.
