Richard Bouchard, 60, of Manchester died May 31, 2012.

He was born in Manchester, January 19, 1952 to John and Georgia Goverinos Bouchard.

He was a devout Catholic.

He received his early education in Manchester, and was a member of the graduating class of 1970 from Memorial High School, and in 1974 from Plymouth State.

Richard lived in Virginia for ten years, five of which he worked as a Physical Education teacher at Independence Junior High School.

For many years he owned and operated Queen City Remodeling Co. of the greater Manchester area.

Richard was an active 4th degree member of Knights of Columbus #5260, Manchester, and was a member of the NH Home Builders Association. He was a dedicated Boston Sports fan. He was involved in the coaching, playing and officiating of all local sports.

Family members include his wife, Christine Bouchard, of Manchester; his children Matthew Bouchard, of Hooksett, Kimberly Bouchard, MD of Washington, DC; his parents, of Manchester; his siblings, Roger Bouchard, of Manchester, Ron Bouchard, of Litchfield, Jo Ann Sullivan, of Merrimack, Robert Bouchard, of Concord; aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and cousins; and his basset hound, Bailey.

A funeral Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, June 5, 2012 at St. Pius X Church, Candia Rd.

Burial will take place at the convenience of the family.
