Richard P. Dalbec

Richard P. Dalbec, 65, of San Jose, CA died March 24, 2006 in his residence after a long battle with cancer.

Born in Manchester on September 12, 1940, he was the son of Aime and Melina (Metivier) Dalbec. He was a graduate of Bishop Bradley High School and lived in Manchester many years before moving to California 43 years ago.

Mr. Dalbec worked for Pacific Gas and Electric in California for 30 years. He enjoyed playing the banjo and was a member of banjo bands in California for many years.

The family includes his wife, Sheila (Breen) Dalbec of San Jose, CA; two children, Michelle Dalbec-Brunet of Westport, CT and Jeffrey P. Dalbec of Campbell, CA; a brother, Robert Dalbec of Chichester, NH and nieces and nephews.

IN HIS LIFE: He was predeceased by a brother, Ronald Dalbec in 2000.
