Richard Scott Dempster

He was born in Winthrop, Ma. January 2, 1935 and was the son of Richard and Mildred (Scott) Dempster.

He attended schools in Reading Ma., and was a graduate of Boston University. He served in the US Army.

He had been a resident of Hooksett, NH the past 2 years.

He was a vice president of Bay Bank in Burlington Ma. where he was in charge of municipal bond sales.

Members of his family include his wife of 48 years, Charlotte (West) Dempster of Hooksett; a daughter, Lynn Denbow and her husband Phil, of Hooksett, NH; a son, Brian Dempster and his wife Amy, of Westford, MA; three grandchildren; two sisters, Sandra Godfrey of Braintree Ma., and Susan Laspopoulas of Mohnton Pa.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Monday May 21, 2007 at St. Catherine of Sienna Church, corner of Webster and Hemlock Sts. Burial followed in St Joseph Cemetery, Bedford, NH
