Born in Manchester on January 24, 1932, she was the daughter of Wilfred and Alice (Labonte) Belaski. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
She was a graduate of Manchester Central High School, class of 1951.
Mrs. Cartier worked as an inspector for Summit Packing Systems for eight years. She also volunteered in food services for the Manchester School system.
She was a communicant of St. Raphael Parish and was a devoted mother.
Family members include a son; Kenneth N. Ranfos of Bedford; two daughters, Cookie Antonucci of Manchester, Janet Ranfos of Londonderry; a brother, Jules Belaski of Manchester; 2 sisters, Irene Bruner of Bedford, Helene Levasseur of Manchester; 5 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Friday January 14, 2005 in St. Raphael Church, Walker St., Manchester. Burial followed in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
