Rita T. Charron

Rita T. Charron, 77, formerly of 233 Tarrytown Rd, Manchester, died August 12, 2006 at a local health care facility after a lengthy illness.

She was born in Manchester on February 28, 1929, the daughter of Paul and Lena (Caron) Boucher. She was a lifelong resident of the area and educated in the local schools.

Prior to retirement, she had worked as a boot trimmer for Evangeline Shoe Company.

She was a former member of M.A.R.C. (Manchester Association of Retarded Children).

She was predeceased by her husband Arthur J. Charron earlier this year and daughters Diane I. Charron in 1982 and Marie Charron in 1953.

Members of her family include nephews, nieces, and cousins in Florida.

A graveside committal service was held Tuesday August 15, 2006 in St. Augustin Cemetery, Manchester.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester, had charge of arrangements.
