Rita M. Dufour, 77, of Manchester, died December 29, 2002, at a Bedford health care facility, after a brief illness.
Born in Attleboro, Mass, March 1, 1925, she was the daughter of Edward F. and Gertrude (Kelley) Ahern. She lived most of her life in Manchester.
Mrs. Dufour worked as a seamstress for many years.
She was predeceased by her first husband, Amedee P. DeBlois and her second husband, Gerald Dufour.
Family members include 2 sons, Thomas H. DeBlois of Manchester, and David DeBlois of Portland, Oregon; 3 daughters, Sandra O'Brien, Linda Farrell, both of Phoenix, AZ, and Janice Scala of Syracuse, NY; 7 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; a brother, Thomas Ahern of Londoderry; nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Friday January 3, 2003 in St. Pius X Church. Burial followed in St. Joseph Cemetery, Bedford.
