Rita Alice Langlois, 99, of Manchester, passed away January 21, 2023.
She was born in Epping on November 28, 1923, the daughter of Arthur and Stella (Fiola) DesRosiers.
Rita and her husband Ray owned Raymond’s Hardware Store for 36 years before retirement.
Rita loved to cook and loved crafts of every kind. She enjoyed bus trips and drives in the countryside. She loved being with her family as well.
She was predeceased by her husband of 47 years, Raymond Langlois and her brother, Ernie DesRosiers.
Family members include her children, Claire and husband Leo Therien, Raymond and wife Shirley Langlois, and Donald Langlois; four granddaughters, Denise, Michelle, Christine and Jessica; three great-grandchildren, Hercules, Constantina and Demetri; several cousins, nephews and nieces.
Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, will be Sunday, January 29th from 2 to 5 pm. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated on Monday at 10 am in St. Anthony of Padua Church, Belmont St. Burial will follow in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
