He was born on February 23, 1933 to Robert Wallace Anderson and Regina (Charbonneau) Anderson / Madison.
He served 20 years of military service, 2 years with the U.S. Army and 18 years with the U.S. Air Force. He was employed by the Manchester Highway Department for over 21 years.
He loved his garden and relaxing in the back yard with his dog "Sophie". He also enjoyed classic and hot rod car shows, and vintage WWII airplanes.
Family members include his wife of 40 years, Angela Anderson of Manchester; and a daughter, Sheila Anderson of North Carolina.
A funeral service, with full military honors, took place on Wednesday, March 9, 2011 in the New Hampshire State Veterans Cemetery Chapel 110 Daniel Webster Highway Boscawen, NH.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made in his name to the Community Hospice House 210 Naticook Road Merrimack, NH 03054
