He was born in Manchester on August 15,1947 and was the son of Rosaire L. and Irene C. (Ledoux) Croteau. He was a lifelong resident of Hooksett.
He was a graduate of Bishop Bradley High School of Manchester and Lain Technical Institute in Indianapolis, IN. He served in the US Navy as a Sea Bee in Vietnam from 1969 to 1970. Upon his return he worked in the family construction business and was a master wood worker. He enjoyed golfing, hunting, walking, trips to the beach and his many pets over the years.
Mr. Croteau was an amazing son, brother, father and uncle who, more than anything, loved his family and friends. All who knew him, loved him.
IN HIS LIFE: The family includes his parents of Hooksett; a daughter, Dawn Croteau of Hooksett; a sister, JoAnne Croteau of Hooksett; two nieces, Laurie (Sanfason) Wilder of Hooksett and Nicole (Long) Wright of Wilton; and several grandnieces and grandnephews.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated at St. Catherine of Siena Church, 207 Hemlock St., corner of Webster Street on Saturday, April 17, 2010. Private burial was at Mt. Calvary Cemetery, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
