Robert Fredrick James Dambach, 66, of Manchester passed away suddenly Sunday, November 20, 2022 at his home with his mother by his side.

Born October 30, 1956 in Cleveland, OH, he was the son of Robert Anthony and Mary Frances (Slattery) Dambach, the 5th of 16 children.  Bob grew up in Ohio and attended Our Lady of the Angels grade school and Cathedral Latin and St. Edward High Schools graduating Magna Cum Laude.  He became a resident of Bedford, NH in 1976.  Bob received his bachelor’s degree from Notre Dame College in Manchester.

Bob worked as a farm hand for many years, including more than 20 years at the Welsh Farm in Goffstown, NH where he enjoyed the outdoors and the hard work. 

Bob battled a life long struggle with his mental health, caused by a serious brain injury, but managed to take care of his mother to his last day. 

He was a gentle, kind, and generous person who always put family first and adored his numerous nieces and nephews. Bob sang in the church choir, played trumpet and piano.  He enjoyed jogging, working out and gardening.  He loved seeing his family at family gatherings.

Bob is survived by his mother Mary Dambach, his many siblings, 37 nieces and nephews, and many other extended family members.

SERVICES: Services will be private.  There will be a Mass of Christian Burial followed by committal at Bedford Center Cemetery.
