Robert G. Gagnon Sr., 63, of Manchester, died July 5, 2005, at the Elliot Hospital, after a brief illness.
He was born in Goffstown, February 3, 1942, and was the son of Paul and Marie (Proulx) Gagnon. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
He worked for Sanders Associates for several years, and later at St. Mary's Bank. He was recently employed by AutoFair.
Mr. Gagnon was a member of the Church of God.
He was an artist and had a passion for the old west and western art work
He leaves his wife of 43 years, Marguerite "Peggy" Gagnon of Manchester; five children, Robert G. Gagnon Jr. of Manchester, Cheryl A. Schwotzer and her husband Kyle of Manchester, Jeffrey R. Gagnon and his wife Debra of New Boston, NH, Paula M. Gagnon of Manchester, and Jesse A Gagnon of Manchester; a longtime friend, Michael Holbrook of Manchester; 4 grandchildren, Kyle Schwotzer, Christy Schwotzer, Tyler Gagnon and Taylor Gagnon; nieces, nephews and cousins.
The funeral was held Friday July 8, 2005 at the Church of God, 230 Moorseville Rd., Manchester.
