Robert L. Harmon Sr., 75, of Hooksett, NH, died April 14, 2003, at Catholic Medical Center, Manchester, NH, after a brief illness.
Born in Lowell, MA, October 3, 1927, he was the son of Raymond and Elizabeth (Ayotte) Harmon. He lived many years in Chelmsford, MA. He moved to New Hampshire in 1986 and resided in Milford, NH and later Hooksett, NH where he lived the past several years.
He served in the Army during World War II.
He had been a member of the Chelmsford Mass. Jaycee's and also served as a Chelmsford Water Commissioner. He was also a past Exalted Ruler of the Elks.
He was a retired plant manager having worked in the grocery business for many years.
Family members include his wife of 54 years, C. Joan (Reeves) Harmon of Hooksett, NH; three children, Robert L. and his wife Patti Harmon Jr., of Concord, NH, Ginny and and her husband Keer Oudekerk, of Portsmouth, NH, and Tim and his wife Tina Harmon, of Hooksett, NH; 4 grandchildren, Jason Berry, Jeff Barry, Alana Oudekerk, and Joshua Harmon; nieces and nephews.
Services were private and at the convenience of the family.
