He was born April 17, 1929, in Old Town, ME, the son of Ovid and Imelda (LeBree) Morin. He was educated in the Old Town school system and later attended Hussen College in Bangor, ME.
Following four years of service in the US Navy during the Korean War, Mr. Morin retired from Sanders Assoc., now BAE, after 30 years as a contracts manager. During that period, he attended UNH and William & Mary College in Williamsburg, VA.
He enjoyed outdoor activities, woodworking, and crafted many pieces of furniture for his home. He also enjoyed his back yard where he created a private piece of heaven.
His favorite original saying was "Man is measured not by the gold in his wallet but by the gold in his heart" and he had a heart of gold for whoever needed him.
He leaves behind his wife of 57 years, Margaret Morin of Manchester; his son and daughter-in-law, Robert P. and Denise Morin of Manchester; two granddaughters, Megan and Katlyn; two sisters, Rita Farrell of Boynton Beach, Florida, and Patricia Ashe of Bangor, ME; He also leaves three brother-in-laws, Frank Pierro of Andover, MA, Daniel Pierro and his wife Cammy of Methuen, MA, and Joseph Pierro and wife Joan of Salem, NH; a special cousin, Gloria Locke and her husband John of Lakeside, AZ; several nephews, nieces, and cousins; He was predeceased by a brother, Ovid Morin.

Funeral services were private and at the convenience of the family.
