Robert P. Neveu

Robert P. Neveu, 84, of Manchester, died January 3, 2005 at a local health care facility after a period of declining health.

He was born in Manchester on March 6, 1920, the son of Alex and Eva (Rochefort) Neveu. He was educated in the local school system and attended Manchester High School Central.

He served in the US Army Aircorps during WWII and was awarded the Purple Heart.

Prior to his retirement, he was employed as a foreman at Bee Bee Shoe Company for 25 years. He then was employed by Arcadian Heel Company for several years.

He was predeceased by his wife Doris (Pinard) Neveu in 1993.

Members of his family include his son Robert Neveu of Pembroke and his daughter Suzanne Piper of Goffstown.

A memorial service was held in the funeral home chapel on Friday January 7, 2004. Burial followed in St. Augustin Cemetery.
