Robert R. Pepin

Robert R. Pepin, 75, of Manchester, died September 7, 2004, at Catholic Medical Center, after a lengthy illness.

Born in Manchester, February 3, 1929, he was the son of Jules H. and Sarah (Lacombe) Pepin. He was a graduate of Sacred Heart Grammar School and West High School. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester.

He was a staff sergeant in the US Air Force during the Korean War and was stationed in Germany.

Mr. Pepin worked for First National Stores for several years. He later worked for Northeast Airlines and retired as a senior airline agent for Delta Airlines where he worked for 30 years.

He was a longtime parishioner of Sacred Heart Church where he served as an usher for 40 years. In addition he served as treasurer of the Sacred Heart Bowling League for 27 years. He was a member of the League of 1000 Men of the Precious Blood.

Family members include his wife of 47 years, Lillian C. Pepin of Manchester; four children, Marc and his wife Michelle Pepin, Michelle and her husband Shawn McCarthy, both of Manchester, CMSGT Paul and his wife Victoria Pepin of San Antonio, TX, and David Pepin and his girl friend Jane of Manchester; 8 grandchildren; 1 great grandchild; two sisters, Yvonne Cote of Goffstown, and Lucille Morrissette of Bedford; many nieces, nephews, & cousins.

A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated Saturday September 11, 2004 at Sacred Heart Church. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
