Robert P. Towne

Born in Manchester on November 13, 1949, he was the son of Archie and Irene (Lefebvre) Towne.

He worked in custodial maintenance for WWF Cleaning Services for many years.

He was a loving father and grandfather and enjoyed fishing, operating ham radios and spending time with his family.

The family includes two daughters, Sandy Towne and Jennifer Liles both of Manchester; two sons, Robert Towne Jr. of Concord and Dewight Towne of Maine; eight grandchildren; two brothers, James Towne of Maine and David Towne of Manchester; six sisters, Gloria Loukedes, Pauline Towne, Debbie Smagula, Donna Gardner and Patricia Towne all of Manchester and Robyn Byington of Maine; several nieces, nephews and cousins.

A graveside service took place at Pine Grove Cemetery, 765 Brown Ave., Manchester on Friday October 19, 2007.
