Roger F. Cote

Roger F. Cote, 89, of Goffstown, died April 18, 2014 after a period of declining health.

He was born in Manchester on July 16, 1924, the son of Onil and Lumina (Schambier) Cote. Roger was a graduate of Manchester Central High School and a lifelong resident of the area. He also was a veteran of the US Army, serving in Panama during WWII.

Most of Roger's working career was spent as the owner of the Roger F. Cote Insurance Agency, Inc. and he was very active in the Manchester community. Roger's favorite pastime was sailing and enjoying his friendships at the Massabesic Yacht Club.

Family members include his son Roger B. (Rick) and his wife Kathleen Cote of Cape Coral, FL; his daughter Diane and her husband Raymond Ayotte of Hooksett; four grandchildren, Sean, Rick & Emily Cote, and Tanya Johnson; three great grandchildren, Corianna Cote, and Liam & Hazen Johnson; two great, great grandchildren, Addison & Charli Lynn Cote; and his long time best friend Joanne Otting.

Per Roger's wishes, there are no calling hours and services will be held privately, at the convenience of the family.
