He was born in Nashua, April 20, 1925, and was the son of Lucien and Diana (Letendre) Laliberte.
He was educated in local schools. Mr. Laliberte served in the South Pacific with the United States Navy during WWII. He was employed as a plumber and steamfitter for local 131, for over 33 years, retiring in 1985.
He served in various capacities at West Little League, as President, vice president, manager and coach.
He was on the Board of Directors of the Manchester Viking football team, and the Manchester Pony League, and was one of the founders of the Sunset Baseball League.
Family members include his wife of 37 years, Annette (Morin) Laliberte, of Manchester; his children Robert Ouellette, Robin Descoteaux, Richard Ouellette, Russell Ouellette, Richard Laliberte, Russell Laliberte, Rita Laliberte, all of Manchester; several grandchildren; a sister, Theresa Lavallee, of Manchester; 2 brothers, Paul Laliberte, Robert Laliberte, both of Manchester; several nieces, nephews and cousins.
A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Saturday August 4, 2007 in St. Marie Church, Notre Dame Ave, Manchester.
Inurnment took place in Mt. Calvary Mausoleum.
