Roger A. Pinard

January 3, 1921 — June 11, 2006

Roger A. Pinard, 85, of Manchester, died June 11, 2006, at his residence after a long illness.

He was born in Manchester, January 3, 1921, and was the son of Alfred and Albertine (St. Pierre) Pinard. He was a lifelong resident of this city.

Mr. Pinard served in the Army Air Corps during World War II and was at Okinawa.

He worked for Dunbar Fuel and Blake's Creamery for many years.

He was a member of the American Legion, Post 79, the Hi Hopes, and was a communicant of St. Pius X Church.

He leaves his wife of 66 years, Doris E. (Gauthier) Pinard of Manchester; two sisters, Anita Wood of Florida, and Theresa Bussiere of Manchester; nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated Thursday June 15, 2006 at St. Pius X Church. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.

Memorial donations may be made to the Visiting Nurse Association, 1850 Elm ST., Manchester, or St. Pius X Church, 575 Candia Rd., Manchester, NH 03103.
