She was born in Manchester on May 24, 1923 to Francis and Valeda (Rouleau) Gendron. She was a lifelong resident of Manchester.
Miss Gendron worked for the Union Leader Corporation for many years and retired as an office manager in the circulation department.
She devoted much of her life in support of her two brothers who served as priests in the Catholic church. She enjoyed trips to Canada, cross country skiing and watching golf and other sports.
The family includes a brother, Most Reverand Odore J. Gendron of New York.
IN HER LIFE: She was predeceased by a brother, Rev. Mancy Gendron and by an infant sister, Noella Gendron. Rolande was most grateful to Flore Coyne, Verna Perry, Marilyn Butler and the staff of VNA Hospice for the wonderful care they provided.
SERVICES: Private burial took place in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Manchester.
Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, Manchester assisted the family with arrangements.
