He was born in Manchester, October 21, 1920 to Arthur and Anna (Goudreau) Boisclair and was a lifelong resident of this city.
He served in the US Army during World War II.
Mr. Boisclair worked as a plumber and pipe fitter for Local 131 for many years.
He was a member of the American Legion Post 79 and the Veterans of Foreign Wars.
He was predeceased by his wife of 62 years, Mildred (Byron) Boisclair in 2005 and by two children, Gail Boisclair and David Boisclair.
He leaves two sisters, Terry (Couturier) Leach and Alice Smith, both of Manchester; and many nieces and nephews.
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Monday, November 5, 2012 at St. Catherine Church. Burial followed in Mount Calvary Cemetery.
