Romeo M. Patrick

He was born in Manchester, NH on June 3, 1920 and was the son of Alfred and Aurore (Ouellette) Patrick. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester, prior to moving to Bedford in 2012.

Mr. Patrick worked as a machinist at Salvage Shoe Co. for many years. He later retired from Hudson Machine Corp., Haverhill, MA.

He had volunteered many hours at Elliot Hospital and was a member of Les Coeurs Joyeux; and the League of 1000 Men of Precious Blood; and parishioner of the former OLPH Church.

He was predeceased by his wife of 70 years, Eleanor (Dionne) Patrick in 2012; a son, Norman L. Patrick in 2005; and two brothers, Emile and Roger Patrick.

The family includes a daughter, Judith Patrick Ronshagen of Londonderry; a daughter in law, Elise Patrick of New Durham; four grandchildren, Debra Patrick, Christine Ransom, Mark Patrick and Kathleen Gunter; eight great grandchildren, Brandon and Jennifer Ransom, Elizabeth, Kathryn and Christian Patrick, and Megan, Patrick and Thomas Gunter; a brother, Robert Patrick and his wife, Lillian, of Manchester; a sister in law, Jeannette Patrick of Manchester; and nieces and nephews.

A Mass of Christian Burial was celebrated on Monday, September 22, 2014 at St. Joseph Chapel, Lowell Street, Manchester. Committal prayers followed at Mt. Calvary Mausoleum, 474 Goffstown Rd., Manchester.
