Ronald M. Abad

Ronald M. Abad, 59, of Litchfield, died suddenly, July 29, 2002, while vacationing in the lakes region.

Born in New York City, May 25, 1943, he was the son of Maurice and Bernice (Cilley) Abad. He had been a Litchfield resident for many years.

He served in the Air Force during the Vietnam Conflict.

He worked for Nashua Corporation for several years and later for Beebe Rubber Co.

Family members include his wife of 40 years, Marie Elena M. (George) Abad of Litchfield; a son, Marc R. Abad of Bedford; a daughter, Karen Harris of Goffstown; 3 grandchildren, Ashley Abad, Alex Abad, and Benjamin Harris; a sister, Jan Adams of Bermuda; a brother Gary Spurling of Rochester, NH; nieces and nephews.

A memorial mass was celebrated Thursday August 1, 2002 in St. Francis Church, 9 St. Francis Way, Litchfield.

Burial was at the convenience of the family.
