Ruth M. Rogers

She was born in Fall River, MA, January 22, 1925 and was the daughter of Harold P. and Ruth (Thompson) Drisko. She grew up in Wellesley Hills, MA where she attended Wellesley schools and graduated as Salutatorian of her class. She then attended Smith College graduating with honors in English and election to Phi Beta Kappa.

After Smith she attended Katherine Gibbs School in Boston and was subsequently employed by Harvard University in their personnel department and Radcliffe as Director of Alumni Placement. At the time of her retirement she was employed by Cambridge Attorney Joseph Finn.

Family members include her two children, Lucia Anthony Rogers Hicks and Joseph Rogers, both of Massachusetts; three grandchildren, Owen Hicks, Genevera Hicks and Kasia Rogers; her brother, Richard B. Drisko of Hollis, NH; a niece and three nephews.

Urn burial was in Forest Hills Cemetery, Boston, MA at the convenience of the family.

Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St., Manchester, NH was in charge of arrangements.
