Sarah M. Jones

She was born at home in Bedford on September 26, 2004, the daughter of Benjamin W. and Susan (Queen) Jones.

Sarah was a precious little girl who loved real live babies, baby dolls, tea parties, and playing dress up with princess clothes. Because of the nature of Sarah's disease she missed seeing and playing with her little friends but made many new friends at the hospital: mostly nurses, doctors, and other families receiving treatment. She was an inspiration, a light, and a teacher.

She is survived by her parents of Bedford; eight siblings, Jacob, Katherine, Judah, Michael, Elizabeth, John, Christopher, and Asa, all of Bedford; her paternal grandparents, Benjamin and Shirley Jones of Huntsville, Alabama; her maternal grandparents, John and Marie Yeats of Huntsville, Alabama;

Calling hours at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, corner of North St, Manchester, took place Sunday, May 10, 2009. Burial was in Bedford Center Cemetery.
