Sean M. Galeaz, 27, of Hooksett, passed away unexpectedly on May 29, 2016.
He was born in Manchester on June 21, 1988 to Carol (DiRisio) Galeaz and Kevin Galeaz. He was a lifelong resident of Manchester and Hooksett.
Sean worked for a custom bathroom glass company in Londonderry. He loved playing lacrosse, soccer and enjoyed surfing. His daughter, Jaylin, was his pride and joy.
In addition to his daughter, family includes his mother, Carol (DiRisio) Galeaz; his father, Kevin Galeaz and wife, Robin; a sister, Kristi Rouleau and husband, Jay; his maternal grandparents, Carl and Marie DiRisio; his paternal grandparents, Joseph and Patricia Galeaz; and aunts, uncles, cousins, a niece and a nephew.
SERVICES: There are no calling hours. Private services will be at the convenience of the family. Interment will be at Mt. Calvary Cemetery in Manchester. Memorial donations may be made to "Jaylin Galeaz Education Account" and mailed to P.O. Box 16418, Hooksett, NH 03106, or to the charity of your choice.
