Shirely H. Mulligan

Shirley H. Mulligan, 95 of Manchester died on February 27, 2021, at Bedford Hills Nursing Home, after a period of declining health.
Born in Denver, CO on November 20, 1935, she was the daughter of the late George and Gertrude (Anderson) Hannaway. She was educated in Los Angeles, CA and dedicated her life to her husband and family.
Shirley was a very sweet and funny person with a great sense of humor. She traveled the world many times. She and her husband lived in Saudi Arabia for 30 years before retiring in Manchester. Above all else, she will be remembered as a loving wife, mother, sister, aunt and friend.
Shirley was predeceased by her husband, William Mulligan; and one son, Hugh Mulligan.
Surviving family members include one son, Brendan Mulligan of Manchester; one brother, Patrick Hannaway and wife Linda of Colorado. She was also predeceased by her parents and one sister, Florence Hickerson.
