Sophie Pieton Beserdetsky

Sophie (Pieton) Beserdetsky, 87, of Hooksett died Tuesday, November 7, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Manchester on January 8, 1930, she was the daughter of Francis and Mary (Biskup) Pieton. She was educated in the local school system and graduated from Manchester High School Central.
After raising her family, she had been employed by United Cable for many years.
Sophie enjoyed ceramics, puzzles, bingo and an occasional trip to Foxwoods. She will be remembered as a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and sister who will be greatly missed.
She was predeceased by her husband John S. Beserdetsky Sr in 2016. She was also predeceased by her sister Dorothy Radwan.
Family members include her children, John S. Beserdetsky Jr of Manchester, Michael Beserdetsky of Hooksett, Richard Beserdetsky of Hooksett, Joan M. Ramezanzaden and husband Majid of Seattle, WA, Stephen Beserdetsky of Hooksett, Maryann Mathews and husband Charlie of Hopkinton; her grandchildren, Tyler, Nicholas, Raheem, Imaan, Jasmine and James; great-grandchildren, Harlee and Avander; her sister, Helen Pieton of Manchester;
A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated on Tuesday, November 14, 2017 in St. Hedwig Church, Beech St, Manchester. Burial followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
