Sr. Angela Moreau, CSC

Sister Angela Moreau, CSC, (Sister Mary Angela of the Eucharist) passed away peacefully on May 20^th, 2023.

She was born in Nashua, NH on October 16, 1933, the daughter of Samuel and Angelina (Tanguay) Moreau.  She was the 15^th of 16 children.

Sister Angela entered the Congregation of Holy Cross in 1955 and made her final profession in 1962.  She served her Congregation for 67 years.

Sr. Angela carried out culinary duties in the convents of the Sisters of Holy Cross in Gonic, Manchester, Newmarket, Suncook, Rollinsford and Pittsfield, NH; Adams and New Bedford, MA and Groton, CT.

Sister Angela returned to St. George Manor, Manchester, NH in 1981.  In 2014 she transferred to Holy Cross Health Center in Manchester, NH.

Sr. Angela is predeceased by her parents and 14 of her siblings.  She is survived by her sister, Sr. Laurette Moreau, SJA, from Sillery, Quebec, and several nieces and nephews.

There will be no wake service.  A funeral Mass will be held at St. George Manor on Island Pond Road on Thursday, May 25^th at 10 a.m.

Burial will follow in St. Augustin Cemetery, Manchester.
