Sr. Shirley Leborgne, pm

 Sr. Shirley Leborgne, pm (Sr. Marie-Pierre), 87, of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary, died June 24, 2024 at her residence in Manchester.

 She was born in Berlin on August 2, 1936 to Louis and Yvonne (Beaudoin) Leborgne. She made her religious profession in 1958 and served in the Congregation of the Sisters of the Presentation of Mary for over 66 years.

 For most of her religious life she performed various community services throughout New Hampshire, especially in food service. She was also a core member of the community at Our Lady of Hope Prayer Center in New Ipswich. In addition, she served as a nurse’s aide and did so with kindness and compassion. She retired to St. Joseph Residence in Manchester in 2020.

 Sr. Shirley was predeceased by her parents and six siblings, Louise Bosa, Priscilla Leborgne, Henry Leborgne, Paul Leborgne, Normand Leborgne and Edward Leborgne.

 She is survived by nieces and nephews.

 SERVICES: A calling hour is Friday (6/28) from 9:30 to 10:30 a.m. followed immediately at 10:30 a.m. by a Mass of Christian Burial, all at Resurrection Chapel of St. Marie Residence, 495 Mammoth Rd., Manchester. Private burial will be at Presentation of Mary Cemetery in Hudson.

 Memorial donations may be made to the Presentation of Mary Retirement Fund.
