**In Loving Memory of Stephen Harris**
Stephen, beloved son, husband, father, uncle, friend and mentor, passed away on June 11, 2024 doing what he loved, serving fellow veterans, at the age of 60.
Born on February 12, 1964 in Boston, MA. Stephen, or Spankie as he was known by his friends, proudly served in the United States Navy as a Cryptological Technician with VQ-1. He spent time proudly serving his country in Guam, Japan and the Philippines. After the Navy Stephen graduated college and became a respiratory therapist, working in Boston and then at the VA in Manchester, NH.
Stephen was known for his wealth of knowledge and outstanding cooking. He loved the water, trains, and classic vehicles. Stephen enjoyed playing darts, going for cruises in his truck, antiquing and enjoying time with his loved ones. He took great pride in maintaining his property and was the all around “fix-it man” who kept everything in working order. He was always there to answer a question, lend a helping hand or just share a beer. Stephen's personality lifted those around him, he made sure that the hearts (and stomachs) of all he knew were full.
Stephen is survived by his wife, JoAnn (Rodriguez-Caso), his children George, Abigail, and Patrick. His parents Judy and Harold, his sisters, Lynne, Colleen and Catherine (lovingly called Matthew by Stevo), as well his nieces and nephews. He is also survived by his beloved pets; Clifford, Charlie, Copley and Copper.
