Steven L. Storm, 67, of Hooksett, NH died September 13th, 2017 at the Concord Hospital surrounded by his loving family.
Born in Enid, OK, on September 21, 1949, he was the son of Don W. and Beth V. (Henry) Storm. He attended both the University of New Hampshire and Southern New Hampshire University (formerly New Hampshire College).
He had served in the US Air Force as a Loadmaster in various aircraft. He retired at the rank of Master Sergeant after 22 years of service including service in Vietnam.
Prior to his retirement, he had worked for Unicast in Londonderry for 24 years.
Steve enjoyed being outdoors and was a board member for the Kinnicum Fish & Game Club in Candia for several years. He loved traveling, aviation, and his family pets. Above all else, he will be remembered as a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother and uncle who cherished time spent with his family.
Family members include his wife of 46 years, Patricia (Grady) Storm of Hooksett; his children, Christopher Storm and wife Sarah Douglas of Dover, Travis Storm and wife Elizabeth of Bow, Jessica Storm and husband Matthew Patry of Glenmont, NY; his grandchildren, Seth Douglas, Ryan, and Caleb Storm, as well as one expected soon; his siblings, Sherlyn Wilcox and husband Ron of New Mexico, Kandy Frerichs and husband Kevin of Nebraska, Melody Storm of Nebraska, Fred Storm and wife Hoyong of Nebraska; many nephews, nieces and cousins. He was predeceased by his parents, siblings Scott and Jewel Storm, and his in-laws, Henry and Claire Grady.
The funeral service was held on Monday, September 18, 2017 in the chapel at Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory, 1799 Elm St, Manchester. Burial with military honors followed in the NH State Veterans Cemetery, Boscawen.
