Sun Oi Chu

Sun Oi Chu, 88, of Manchester, NH, peacefully passed away at her home on February 23, 2021, surrounded by her loving family.
Born in Guangdong Province, China on August 17, 1932. She grew up in China and moved to Manchester, NH in 1984, where she lived for 36 years. She worked at various chinese restaurants and laundry service companies.
Sun Oi enjoyed a variety of activities. Every season she would grow Asian vegetables in her home garden. She was also a great cook, her homegrown Asian vegetables turned into delectable chinese soups and dishes. Other activities include traveling and listening to traditional Chinese operas. Above all, she was a loving wife, mother, grandmother, sister and friend.
Sun Oi was predeceased by her beloved husband of 63 years in 2014.
Surviving family members include her three children, and eight grandchildren. She was predeceased by both parents; and seven older siblings.
All services will be private to the family and close friends. Sun Oi will be laid to rest next to her husband in Pine Grove Cemetery. Lambert Funeral Home & Crematory is assisting the family with arrangements.

朱新愛，88歲，居住在新罕布什尔州，曼徹斯特市，於2021年2月23日在充滿愛的家中安祥離世。她於1932年8月17日在中國廣東省出生，1984年移居美國，至今36年，曾在洗衣店及中餐館工作，她和藹可親，是一位慈愛的祖母，母親。她喜歡粵劇去旅游等活動，育有三個兒女和八個孫兒，她將安葬在Pine Grove Cemetery 她丈夫的墓旁。
