Susan C. Topping

May 25, 1949 — February 20, 2016

If you're about to listen to your favorite song, and shake, and dance, stop. Take off your shoes. Smile. Consider: Susan Catherine Topping who entered into eternal life on Saturday, February 20, 2016. Her spirit is carried on by her three children, 4 grandchildren, three close and loving sisters, and an extended family of relations and friends from everywhere. She was born in Medford, MA, May 25, 1949, the daughter of two amazing people, the late William and Catherine (McCarron) Forbes.
Blessed are we… to be a witness to this beautiful person's life. A devoted Mum, Nana, Sister, and Friend. She was always available to anyone in need; generous with her time and heart. She loved to share stories, travel and take cruises, and did we mention the Mocha frappes! We hope in the land of the Divine the recipe of the perfect frappe is well known—if not… I'm sure she'll share.
Susan was a strong, committed woman who loved her work, her family and was "in love" with her grandchildren- all four of these beautiful souls surrounded her like planets around a sun. She leaves us with so much to be thankful for and life lessons we will spend our lifetime striving to attain.
